Tim McNaughton, B.A.
Tim is the co-founder and Senior Designer at BTE. He has over 30 years of experience in transportation planning, road and structural design, and municipal works.
Darcie Dillon, P.Eng.
Darcie is the President of BTE and is a licensed engineer specializing in environmental assessments, noise impact studies and value engineering.
Mike Ulozas, P.Eng.
Mike is the Vice-President of BTE and is a licensed engineer specializing in detail design and construction administration.
Stephen Brook, P.Eng.
Stephen is a licensed engineer and partner at BTE. He has 35 years of experience in construction staging, traffic management and traffic safety.
Daniel Riendeau, P.Eng.
Daniel is a licensed engineer and partner at BTE. He has 20 years of experience in transportation impact studies, microscopic modelling and geometric design.
Gord Bell, B.E.S.
Gord is an environmental assessment specialist with 34 years of experience with the Ministry of Transportation and over 15 years in consulting.
Brenda Badham
Brenda Badham is the CAO and Senior Administrator at BTE, with over 30 years of experience.
Kristine Dimoff, OALA, CSLA
Kristine is an Environmental Planner and Landscape Architect at BTE. She has over 30 years of experience coordinating Environmental Assessments.
Daniela H. Caicedo, M.A.Sc.
Daniela is a Water Resources EIT and partner at BTE. Her role involves hydraulic and hydrologic studies and inspection services for construction projects.
Alex Dufour, B.A.Sc.
Alex is an EIT and partner at BTE. His role involves Preliminary and Detail Design for civil engineering projects including the preparation of design drawings.
Stephen Holmes, P.Eng.
Stephen is an expert in Value Engineering, asset management and risk analysis. He managed the VE program at MTO for over 20 years. He is also BTE’s Quality Control Auditor.
